Meditation class instructor, John Kennedy, has taught yoga for 45 years across the world. His motivation to teach meditation is solely for your personal well-being and the good that will ensue. Class is offered free of charge to those willing to put forth the effort into learning comprehensive and deeper aspects of this intuitional spiritual practice to improve their lives.
